Gema Dynamic Contour Detection, i.e., dynamic recognition of the outline of objects, is a technically advanced solution that allows the introduction of subsequent stages of automation into powder coating systems.
The contour detector recognizes the most complex geometric configurations of objects to be painted by setting individual spray guns in a position suitable for applying coatings to complex structures.
The main advantage of this solution is the ability to fully recognize the outline of details using the new laser scanning system.
This intelligent component, working in conjunction with a master control unit (MCU), translates the shapes of the workpiece, adjusts the coating parameters and adjusts the positioning of the automatic guides with paint guns to achieve excellent quality coatings on all surfaces with geometrically complex shapes. The requirement for hand painting is kept to a minimum here.
